Our chefs are passionate about creating food that children love - and about building a positive food culture that inspires pupils to enjoy healthy choices every day.

Every dish is nutritionally balanced, developed by our experts, and fully in line with School Food Standards. You won’t find packet mixes or jars in our kitchens - we know exactly what goes into every recipe. That means no GM ingredients, no hydrogenated fats, just honest, seasonal food.

Allergens.

Safe food for every child - at Accent, we take food allergies and special diets extremely seriously.

As proud partners of the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, we use our recipe management system, Saffron, to track allergens and adapt menus so every student can enjoy safe, balanced, and exciting meals. All recipes are approved by our nutritionist, and our teams are on hand from daily service to parents’ evenings - to provide guidance and ensure no pupilmisses out.

Behind the scenes, our teams are fully equipped with a tool-kit of colourful resources - from cookery guides to special-day menus. And for that extra zest? Our in-house marketing and design team can whip up bespoke materials to match your school’s style.

Nutritional Workshops
Our nutrition team runs hands-on, age-appropriate workshops that teach children about food, healthy choices, and cooking — all in a way that’s engaging and interactive.

Food Engagement
Our Food Engagement Manager supports schools and teams with topical workshops, menu insights, and specialist training in multiple topics around sustainability and where food comes from.

Community Engagement
Being a true catering partner means going beyond the kitchen. We love supporting schools and their communities with initiatives and activities that bring people together through food.
