Inspiring lifelong habits

Our menus are crafted around the rhythm of the seasons, delivering food that tastes better, nourishes more and treads lightly on the planet. Every dish balances quality, cost and creativity, bringing a modern, vibrant, interactive experience into independent schools.

Catering for nursery and pre-prep through to prep, senior schools and boarding houses, our menus are carefully tailored to suit every age, stage and setting.

From colourful tasting tables to themed food days, we make healthy choices exciting — helping pupils build lifelong habits through food they genuinely love.

On the menu

From everyday dining to our renowned match teas, every menu is freshly prepared, thoughtfully balanced and designed to bring people together.

Our approach is simple: food should do more than satisfy hunger; it should fuel progress, support wellbeing and inspire better choices every day. That's why our Fuel: Mind, Body, Soul philosophy puts nutrition, energy and happiness at the heart of every meal we serve. Through carefully chosen ingredients, we help pupils think sharper, feel stronger and thrive throughout the day.

Beyond the
dining room

Our in-house nutrition team brings learning beyond the dining hall.

Through tasting tables, theme days, pop-ups, interactive workshops, chef demonstrations and engaging talks, pupils explore the connection between food, nutrition, wellbeing and the world around them.

Whether discovering the benefits of healthy eating or taking part in our Campfire Conquest workshop, every experience is designed to spark curiosity and create lasting memories.

Hospitality and events

Beyond everyday dining, we provide exceptional hospitality for match teas, parent evenings, school events and many other special occasions.

Every event is tailored to reflect the ethos and culture of each school, whether welcoming parents, governors, prospective families or the wider community. Backed by our experienced operations team, we deliver exceptional food, outstanding service and memorable experiences for every occasion.

Allergens & special diets

Student wellbeing is our priority.

Our catering & nutrition teams are always available to discuss pupil requirements with parents should this be required.

We are a “Nut Aware” company and we don’t include either tree nuts or peanuts as an ingredient in any of our dishes; this means we cannot guarantee that our food offer is totally Nut Free as some of the products we serve carry a precautionary MAY CONTAINS nuts allergen declaration which is added by the manufacturer.

Any of the 14 regulated allergens, including May Contains, will be clearly identified on our daily menus to enable our customers to make an informed choice about what they can choose at the point of service.

All pre-packaged foods are clearly labelled, providing a full list of ingredients with the 14 regulated allergens present highlighted in bold, providing complete transparency and reassurance for pupils and parents alike.

In-line with Benedict’s Law our catering teams carry out annual allergen awareness training, including the safe use of an AAI (Adrenaline Auto Injector).
