Allergens & Special Diets - B&I

Any of the 14 regulated allergens, both Contains & May Contains will be clearly identified on our daily counter menus or menu screens, to enable our customers to make an informed choice about what they can choose at the point of service.

In full compliance with Natasha's Law (PPDS), all pre-packaged foods are clearly labelled, providing a full list of ingredients with the 14 regulated allergens present highlighted in bold, providing complete transparency and reassurance for pupils and parents alike.

Regular items featured on our menus will provide clear Kcal (Calorie) information (required under the Kcal Regulations) to enable customers to make informed choices about the calorific value of their food choices.

Our catering & nutrition teams are always available to discuss customer’s specific requirements should this be required.

To ensure best practise our catering teams carry out annual allergen awareness training, which includes how to respond to an emergency.
