Senior Relief Manager - Surrey

We are looking for a talented chef manager based in Surrey to join our team supporting the continued development and growth of Accent Catering. In the Senior Relief Chef role you will be developing business in your area including leading food based training, mobilisation, implementation of standards and supporting your Operations Manager’s area. Whenever at a site, you will be leading and inspiring teams, being a role model to everyone you come in to contact with.

In return, we are offering a salary of £32,000 (OTE), 25 days holiday allowance, civilised working hours plus a number of other company benefits. Executive Chef Manager – Independent School, Edgbaston, Birmingham

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our team at a very prestigious Independent school in Edgbaston. You will be an exceptional, ambitious individual looking for the recognition your experience and talent deserve. Working with a team delivering outstanding food and beverages to a wide customer base, including fine dining and hospitality, this role will develop the right candidate to the highest levels of performance. You will also have full responsibility for the financial performance of the catering service.

About you

You will come from a chef background with a proven ability to establish standards. You will have strong leadership skills as you will be required to lead and motivate an experienced team. We are looking for someone with exceptional standards in all aspects of food service, attention to detail is vital. A background in fine dining or Michelin restaurant exposure would be an advantage. A ‘can do’ attitude along with good client relationship experience will help and an aptitude for food in an education environment will make for the ideal candidate.

Salary: £35,000 plus bonus
