Ingredients

  • 400g Tinned chickpeas, drained
  • 30g Tahini
  • 1 Lemon, zest & juice
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1 Handful of parsley, chopped
  • 2 Spring onions, chopped
  • Lo salt, pinch
  • Ground black pepper, pinch

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water if the mixture is too thick.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
