What's new in 2017

Reduced Sugar recipes!

Accent Catering are delighted to announce our 2017 promotion to reduce sugar across our menus.

We cook all our meals from scratch by our skilled kitchen teams and our accreditations include the Soil Association Food for Life Mark, Red Tractor Meat, RSPCA Free Range eggs, fair trade coffee and chocolate, actively supporting British farmers in our purchasing practices and use of local suppliers.

Our mission is to improve everyone’s eating habits and provide delicious & nutritious food made from the finest ingredients. We already provide reduced salt meals and to add to our commitment for 2017, we have created a series of recipes that will help reduce the amount of sugar on our menus whilst still serving delicious meals.

Fruit of The Month

Each month a different seasonal fruit has been picked to create some exciting new recipes to feature on our menus. These recipes use the natural sugars of the fruit to sweeten the dish allowing us to offer no added sugar or reduced sugar.  These new dishes will be indicated on the menus with the reduced sugar icon and will be supported by our ‘Fruit of the Month’ recipes.

Special Days

In addition our monthly ‘Special Days’ are a real feature helping to promote interest and customer participation in all our restaurants. Our customers will have the opportunity to try new dishes from different countries around the World as well as some traditional favourites.

Allergens

All our menus are fully allergen checked with onsite Allergen gurus trained to ensure every customer is catered for.
